Local Raw Honey - Light or Dark (Dark Honey Shown)

All our honey is harvested with care from healthy, happy bees right here in the Essex County of Massachusetts. Whats the difference between Light Honey and Dark Honey? 

Really?  Nothing.  That is with respect to the benefits that honey provides, but the color is due to the specific time of year and the flowers that our honeybees pollinate.  

Regarding flavor?

Light Honey is mild, sweet, and delicate flavor.  Harvested in late spring and summer. 

Dark Honey is more of a robust, bold and a deeper "honey" flavor.  Harvested in late summer and early fall.
